At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that his claim of retiral benefits under different head has already been redressed and the respondents have revised their salary but difference of revised pension, gratuity, unutilized leave encashment and group insurance are

3. Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University informs that if the petitioner files his representation, the Registrar of the University will immediately consider and redress his grievance.

4. For that, the petitioner seeks a week time to represent before the Registrar of the University. Thereafter, the Registrar of the University must take up the grievance of the petitioner well within a period of two weeks and redress the same and make payment of all the dues on account of such differences which cropped up without fail.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
