2. The present petition has been been filed for the grant of following reliefs:- "That this is an application for restoration of CWJC No.9502 of 2022 which was dismissed for default for non compliance of the order dated31.08.2022court passed in CWJC No.9502/2022 by which the Hon'ble court was directed to pass

Patna High Court MJC No.1304 of 2023(4) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 the order as follows -: "As prayed by the petitioner's counsel, one week's time is allowed to take steps for removal of defect/s, failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench."

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 5 to 7 the MJC No.1304 of 2023 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.1000/- to Patna High Legal Services Committee within a period of one week.

4. The CWJC No.9502 of 2022 is restored to its original file.
