ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 30-08-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that in view of the specific averments made in the counter-affidavit filed by the Respondent No. 2 to the effect that vide Letter No. 107 dated 30.06.2016, the entire work of Swachchhata Bharat Mission Scheme (Rural) and Lohiya Swachchhata Scheme was handed over to the District Rural Development Authority, the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the District Rural Development Authority, Sitamarhi ventilating his grievance and the District Rural Development Authority, Sitamarhi may be directed to consider the representation and pass orders accordingly.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the District Rural Development

Patna High Court CWJC No.7352 of 2015(5) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 Authority, Sitamarhi within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being made, the competent authority of the District Rural Development Authority, Sitamarhi shall consider the said representation and pass orders on merits. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation made by the petitioner. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
