2. The petition has been filed alleging deliberate violation of the order of this Court dated 16.09.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No.16074 of 2011 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that MJC No. 871 of 2012 in the case of similarly situated persons

Patna High Court MJC No.1947 of 2013 (4) dt.29-07-2015 has since been dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court. He further prays that the matter may be taken up after disposal of S.L.P. (c) Nos. 7396-7424 of 2015 filed against the said M.J.C. No. 871 of 2012.

4. In view of the dismissal of the LPA, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending.

5. The petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to once again to approach this Court, if such occasion arises and in the event of S.L.P. being allowed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U
