1. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider the case of the petitioners for promotion on the post of Headmaster in elementary/middle schools in Gaya district.

2. Mr. Prabhkar Jha, learned counsel appearing for the State, referring to the paragraph no. 8 of the counter affidavit, submits that the promotion of the petitioners on the post of Headmaster has already been granted vide order, bearing memo no. 1029, dated 21.02.2017.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the State, the present writ application has become infructuous.

4. This writ application is, accordingly, disposed as having become infructuous.
