The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bettiah Muffasil P.S. case No. 581/2019 registered under Section 406, 420, 34 of the IPC.

In sum and substance the allegation is that one Raj Kumar Gupta and Ranjan Kumar Gupta, sons of the petitioner, took Rs. 58,000/- as loan from the informant for construction of their house and on demand Raj Kumar Gupta gave two cheques worth Rs. 49,000/- and 9000/- but both the cheques were bounced due to insufficient money in the account. It is submitted that there is no allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner did not give any cheque to the informant. Raj Kumar Gupta, who issued the cheques, has

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. case No. 581/ 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
