The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs :- "(I) That this is an application for Issuance of Writ in the nature of mandamus to direct respondent concerned to pay the amount of A.C.P., M.A.C.P as well as due salary during the period of 19.12.97 to 31.1.2025 to the Petitioner. He has retried on the post of Panchayat Secretary from Garkha Block on 311-25 Whereby and Where under the respondents concerned not Paid of the aforesaid amount to

II) That any other relief or reliefs which Petitioner is entitled with the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. The case of the petitioner in brief is that having filed several applications before the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra regarding non-payment of ACP and MACP, the same not having been paid has compelled the petitioner to file the instant writ application for the reliefs as stated herein above.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the contents of the petition, the writ application is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra (respondent no.4) within a period of four weeks.

5. On filing of the said representation, the respondent no.4 shall decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of its filing and communicate the result thereof to the petitioner forthwith.

6. The writ application stands disposed of.
