Petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 67 of 2016, Economic Offence P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 of the I.P.C. and Sections 8/20 (b) (ii) (c), 25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 37499 of 2018 on 23.07.2018 (Annexure-1). Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused namely Rajesh Singh has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 65705 of 2019 on 29.06.2020 (Annexure-3).
