2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 09.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24369 of 2024.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 09.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24369 of 2024, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but inadvertently, the father's name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as Sri Ramanand Kumar Singh in place of Basant Kumar Singh.

4. In view of the above, let the father's name of the petitioner be read as Basant Kumar Singh in place of Sri

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44474 of 2024(2) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 Ramanand Kumar Singh mentioned in the cause title of the order.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 09.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24369 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above and the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 09.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24369 of 2024, be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
