The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Harinmar PS case no. 7 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 308, 337, 448, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the accused persons assaulting the informant side and also trying to disrobe the female member of the prosecution side.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that whatever allegation is there is against one Sanjay Rai and as far as the petitioner herein is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation against him. It is further submitted that the petitioner

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks before the concerned court, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-2nd, Munger in connection with Harinmar PS case no. 7 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
