JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 01.03.2016 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Ara in Azimabad P.S. Case No.51 of 2015 by which cognizance has been taken under Sections 364, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner and others.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
Leave is granted.
