The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.01.2019. He further submits that on search one country made revolver, one country made pistol and one country made Rifle alongwith cartridges were recovered from the joint house of the petitioner and co-accused Sanjit Rai.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let

Case No. 02 of 2015.
