2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for the following reliefs :

'I). To quash the order contained in Memo No. 3119 dated 19.10.2023 issued under the signature of respondent no.5 by which the petitioner has been dismissed from service with immediate effect in most illegal and arbitrary manner.

II). Also to quash the order contained in Memo No. 1807 dated 12.4.2024 issued under the signature of respondent no.4 by which appeal

Patna High Court CWJC No.7611 of 2025(2) dt.28-08-2025 2/2 filed by the petitioner, against the impugned order of dismissal contained in Memo No.

3119 dated 19.10.2023 has been rejected in most illegal and arbitrary manner and also based on presumption.

III). Also to direct the respondent no.2 and 3 to dispose of the Memorial filed by the petitioner dated 10.5.2024 against the impugned order as contained in Annexure-1 and 2 respectively, which is still pending.

IV). Also to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all services consequential benefits.'

This application is disposed of with a direction to the Director General of Police, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the Memorial dated 10.05.2024 filed by the petitioner against the impugned order as contained in Annexure-1 and 2 respectively within four weeks from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.
