The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended while he was fleeing after picking pocket of the informant and stolen money and SIM card was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 25.12.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27184 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Raxaul Rail P.S. Case No.89 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
