Patna High Court MJC No.1141 of 2015 (4) dt.19-08-2015 Court's order dated 22.7.2014 has been substantially complied with and no willful deliberate disobedience of this Court's order is made out.
From the order passed by the Director, Mass Communication, in compliance of this Court's order dated 22.7.2014, it appears that she has directed for payment of salary in favour of the petitioners.
It goes without saying that the Opposite parties will be required to ensure that payments are in fact made to the petitioners in terms of this Court's order.
