The petitioner, who is the mother-in-law of the deceased, seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Main (Paibigha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 09 of 2020, dated 03.02.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 201, 304(B), 302 and 120(B) of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30926 of 2020(2) dt.23-12-2020 2/3 Indian Penal Code.

It has been urged on behalf of the petitioner that an absolutely vague allegation has been levelled against her in a general and omnibus manner. It has further been submitted that only because of the death of the deceased and snapping of the family ties, the present case has been lodged. The relationship between the deceased and her husband had been quite cordial and the deceased was under the treatment of a Doctor for her illness, which was the cause of her death. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated and taking into account that the petitioner is a septuagenarian, she, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Gaya, in connection with
