JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 18-04-2025 The instant criminal appeal is filed against an order dated 4th April, 2024, passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Presiding Officer, Children Court, Sitamarhi in Majorganj P.S. Case No. 204 of 2023.

2. Since, no Second Appeal can be filed in a Criminal Court assailing an order of the lower appellate court, the petitioner is directed to amend the cause title by inserting under Section 102 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

3. The case is registered in criminal revisional jurisdiction.

4. The above steps shall be taken within two weeks from the date of this order.
