This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 390 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380, 411/34, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has been named by the co-accused from whose possession the stolen mobile was recovered, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
