It is contended that petitioner has applied for grant of arms licence in the year 2011 and vide Annexure 1 the Superintendent of Police has also forwarded the case of the petitioner. However, despite the direction contained in the document contained in Annexure 6 issued by the State Government to decide the matter within 30 days after receipt of the report of the Superintendent of Police, the matter has been kept pending.

Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of
