Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code to which section 302 I.P.C. was added later on.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Specific allegation of assault is against one Shiv Shankar. Petitioner is aged about 75 years. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7981 of 2016(5) dt.29-10-2021 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
