Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application which has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 09.01.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Complaint Case No. 352C of 2020 dated 13.03.2020 which has been filed under Section 498A and 406 of the I.P.C and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act but cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 324, 504, 506 and 498A read with Section 34 of the I.P.C.
