JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 In compliance of the order dated 06.04.2016, Mr.Shirshat Kapil Ashok, the present Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna is in appearance in person with third supplementary show cause on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 to 5.

In the aforesaid third supplementary show cause, it has been stated that in the light of the order dated 22.01.2013 passed in CWJC No. 18167 of 2008 (Annexure-1) and the consequential orders passed by the authorities concerned, lawful dues of the petitioner has been calculated from 01.04.1985 to 31.03.2016 and an amount of Rs.15,14,795/- has been credited in the account of the petitioner.

The personal appearance of the Municipal Commissioner, Patna is no longer required.

However, if the petitioner has any surviving claim, then he shall be at liberty to approach the prescribed authority for redressal of his valid grievances.
