2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuance of appropriate writ(s) direction(s) the respondents to determine and of give that appropriate compensation to the petitioner on the basis of commercial rate for his about 10 decimals land of Khata No. 30/56, Plot No.77/122 of Mauza
Patna High Court CWJC No.15991 of 2017(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 Daswat Khap thana no. 784 in the Dist. of Aurangabad which is going to be acquired for laying the pipeline for the transport of petroleum and minerals under Jagdishpur Haldiya Gail pipeline project in the District of Aurangabad;
(ii) and/or for any of the appropriate relief(s) to the petitioner for which he may be found entitled to in the eye of law.
3. A counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 4 to 6 has been filed and paragraph-7 shows that the petitioner has not availed the alternative remedy.
4. The counter affidavit was served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner in the year 2018 and there is no reply to it.
5. Granting liberty to approach the competent authority, if the petitioner so wants, the writ petition is disposed of.
