The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.304 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The Block Development Officer is the informant. The informant alleged that on the basis of the complaint of Sunil Kumar Singh, an enquiry was held and it was found that Pradeep Choubey, the manager of Renu Bharat Gas Agency, Harigaon took extra money for giving gas connection and Dilip Choubey delivered only gas card but did not hand over the gas card and paper subscription voucher.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40110 of 2018 (2) dt.12-07-2018 petitioner is the owner of Renu Bharat Gas Agency. There is no allegation of committing any illegality in giving of gas connection for distribution of gas card and paper subscription voucher. The petitioner has been made accused in the case only because she happens to be the proprietor of Renu Bharat Gas Agency, Harigaon.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.304 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Saurabh/- U T
