JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-03-2023 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 12634 of 2010, which has stood dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 18.7.2018, passed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the father of the counsel had passed away on 12.7.2018, hence, he could not appear before this Court when the matter was taken up for hearing, thus, a sympathetic view be taken and the

Patna High Court MJC No.1635 of 2019(10) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 aforesaid writ petition be restored to its original file. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No. 12634 of 2010 to its original file.
