1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application challenging the order dated 17.3.2011 passed by the District Education Appellate Authority, Vaishali as contained in Annexure-6.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents
Patna High Court CWJC No.5545 of 2014(7) dt.02-11-2023 2/2 submits that the petitioner has an alternate and efficacious remedy by filing an appeal before the State Appellate Authority (Education).
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the order impugned, the instant application is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order impugned herein before the State Appellate Authority (Education).
5. It is further observed that in case the appeal before the authority is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the authority concerned shall take into consideration the period for which the instant application was being pursued by the petitioner in this Court and shall proceed to decide the application on its merits.
