2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D . P . Act.
3 . It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that dispute between the parties has already been resolved. It is further submitted that a compromise petition was filed on behalf of both the parties which is duly signed by both the petitioner and O . P . No. 2 and petitioner has already transferred the amount of Rs. 2.75 lakhs (Two lakh and seventy five thousand) in the account
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30950 of 2022(6) dt.19-09-2023 2/2 of the Opposite Party No. 2 ( Shabnam Praveen).
4. Considering the Compromise petition and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J . M. 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 341 of 2020 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
