Petitioner is a candidate for selection of Angan Bari Sevika in Ward No 6 in Gram Panchayat - Arawan, Block - Ben in the district of Nalanda.

She submits that the authorities are not concluding the process of selection which was initiated pursuant to Advertisement No 1 of 2018.

Short submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner shall be approaching the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.9732 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 Programme Officer, Nalanda.

In view of the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No 4.

In case the same is done, it is needless to say that respondent No 4 shall proceed in the matter expeditiously and without any undue delay.
