The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 231 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that one loaded country made pistol has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Chief
