2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 316(2), 316(5) and 318(4) of the BNS, 2023, registered in connection with Araria Sangram P.S.Case No. 62/2024.

3. From perusal of the order-sheet dated 20.08.2025, it appears that the petitioners assured this Court that they will take all sincere efforts to pay back the entire amount, but till date only Rs. 7,00,000/- has been deposited by them and the remaining amount of Rs.20,75,456/- is due to be paid

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Araria Sangram P.S.Case No. 62 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS.

6. The petitioners shall deposit the remaining amount of Rs. 20,75,456/- within a period of six months in equal monthly installments.

7. The first installment shall be deposited at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds. The bail bonds of the petitioners shall be confirmed only after depositing the entire amount within the stipulated period.
