2. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent-State jointly submit that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed vide order contained in Memo No.644 dated 01.08022 (Annexure R-1) to the supplementary counter affidavit by which the necessary sanction orders for making payment of salary of the petitioner for the period from 01.07.2011 to 30.06.2014 (Extended period of retirement age) has been passed.
3. Both the parties, therefore, jointly prayed that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6832 of 2012(8) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 present writ application be disposed of as having become infructuous in the light of the above development.
4. As jointly prayed for by the parties, this writ application is disposed of as infructuous.
5. The pending I.A., if any, is deemed to have been disposed of.
