Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2019, registered under Section 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, however, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused on merit vide order dated 18.02.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8960 of 2020, but observation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29236 of 2020(2) dt.17-02-2021 2/2 was given to the petitioner to the effect that petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in custody. Further submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case and the observation given to the petitioner vide order dated 18.02.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8960 of 2020, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2019.
