In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 365 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of kidnapping for marriage has been made. The victim-girl has been recovered and she has made specific allegation against this petitioner to have taken away her forcibly. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
