2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. There is allegation against petitioner and other coaccused persons of committing theft of informant's vehicle, which was containing articles worth Rs. 16-17 lakhs and also cash of Rs. 2500/- from the pocket of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's name surfaced during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Arvind Kumar Sahni, who has been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 08.02.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 49409 of 2022. He further submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner Petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 560 of 2020.
