JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-01-2019 Learned counsel appearing for the Bank has handed over a Cheque bearing No. 00239010 dated 19.01.2019 amounting to Rs.1,41,931/- to the learned counsel representing the petitioners in compliance of the direction issued by this Court. However, he submits that Bank has no document which authentically proves that petitioner no. 1 Uma Devi is the widow of the late employee Ram Naresh Prasad Singh. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the Cheque handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would be deposited in bank in the account of the petitioner only on verification either by the Mukhiya or Sarpanch of the village
Patna High Court MJC No.1431 of 2014(4) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 where petitioner Uma Devi is residing, that Uma Devi is the widow of late Ram Naresh Prasad Singh.
With the aforesaid, the present proceeding is dropped and the application stands disposed of.
