Misc No. 10435 of 2019 (Ashok Kumar Singh @ Ashok Singh & others Vs. The State of Bihar).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition for anticipatory bail has been filed under misconception of fact inasmuch as prior to passing of the order dated 21.02.2019 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, charge sheet has already been filed on 01.07.2018 against other accused persons and similarly, cognizance has been taken by order dated 04.10.2018 against 36 accused persons other than the petitioner. 3. Having regard to the submission of the petitioner, the order dated 21.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc No. 10435 of 2019 has obviously lost its efficacy.
