The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The report of the trial Judge dated 11.11.2020 would reveal that only the investigating officer of the case is yet to examined as prosecution witness. The trial is at the verge of conclusion.

Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 298 of 2018.

Hence, prayer is refused.

If the trial is not concluded within six months in spite
