2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and later on 26.08.2023, Section 412 of the IPC was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, some miscreants have looted one motorcycle, tab, purse etc., from the informant.

4. Materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. Petitioner is in jail since 10.01.2024.

5. Considering the fact that it is a case of day light loot, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This
