Petitioner is accused in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 17 of 2020 registered under Sections 365, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the first information report. The victim in his statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. has not disclosed anything against this petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances
