JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file a regular bail petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to appear before the concerned court and in case the petitioner surrenders before the said court in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 403 of 2015 within a period of two weeks from today, the said court shall consider the prayer for grant of regular bail and dispose of the same on the same day considering the fact that compromise has already been effected between the parties.
