Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 386, and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner would submit that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in snatching Rs. 52000/- and assaulted the informant. Learned counsel submits that the present case is counter blast of Complaint Case No. 607 of 2019 filed by the petitioner against the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 9.2.2019.

Considering the fact that there is case and counter

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27662 of 2019(2) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 case, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st Class, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019.
