Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bachhawara P.S. Case No.86 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. In the nature of the allegations where it is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the father-in-law of the informant on his head by iron rod causing injuries on his head and then also on his hand, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application is rejected.
