Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Paroo P.S. Case No. 476 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been contended by the petitioner that the victim is now married to the petitioner and there has been a compromise between the parties.

Considering the same, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39131 of 2021(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 476 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

While accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below shall verify the genuineness of compromise from the victim. If she supports the compromise, then the Court below shall accept the bail bonds of the petitioner. If the victim denies the compromise, in such a situation, the Court below shall not accept the bail bonds of the petitioner and he shall be taken into custody.
