JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in the business of sale of stolen vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.03.2019. He further submits that the case under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code is not made out. He further submits that the petitioner has no concern with the stolen Bolero Pick-Up van.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27050 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Saran at Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019.
