JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 The petitioner's father was a P.D.S. licensee within Agiaon Block in the district of Bhojpur. On death of his father, the petitioner applied for grant of license on the ground that his father was less than 54 years of age at the time of the death. The plea of the petitioner was rejected by the Subdivisional Officer, Sadar, Bhojpur on the ground that his father was more than 55 years of age at the time of death. As the issue is one of the facts, if the petitioner files a representation before the Collector of the district, he will dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This application stands disposed of.
