The petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2022 in connection with Excise P.S. Case (Sadar Circle Excise Case) No.51 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. There is recovery of approximately 178 litres of foreign liquor from the Scorpio vehicle which does not belong to the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 08.04.2022, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
