Patna High Court CWJC No.2662 of 2012(5) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 contractual in nature. Their performance of contractual duties as Junior Line Men was not contemplated, as per agreement, to vest any right in their favour to claim regularization in the respondent-Organization. In fact, there was a clear stipulation to the contrary in their Engagement Letter. The petitioners have not raised any enforceable claim in the instant proceedings. Since, none appears on behalf of the petitioners, without going into the merits of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent-Company, writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
