This application has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent- authority to dispose of Matrimonial Case No. 349 of 2009 pending in Family Court, Patna.

The Hon'ble Supreme Corut in the case of Radhey Shyam & anr. - v- Chhabi Nath & ors, (2015) 5 SCC 423, has held that the Civil Courts are not amendable to writ jurisdiction.

Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
