JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 By order dated 13.05.2019 the petitioner was granted a week's time to remove the defects pointed out by the office. One of such defects namely, defect no. 6(2), pointed out that the petition may be filed as Criminal Appeal (SJ). The petitioner complied by converting the petition into Criminal Appeal (SJ) as the matter relates, inter alia, also to offences alleged under the SC & ST Act.
