The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 581 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 65 of the Information Technology Act.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner while appearing in the Staff Selection Commission examination was found with one paper containing some writing which in due course found to be tallied with the answers to the questions. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that FIR has been lodged after lapse of two months and there are three

It is further submitted that petitioner is a student having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition and merely on suspicion, he has been made accused in this case. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 581 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
